Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it meets our return conditions below.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be requested and approved by contacting our support team with your order details.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Important Exceptions:

Customised Items: Shirts or other products with custom name and number prints cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

Sale/Clearance Items: Products sold on sale or stock clearance cannot be returned unless they are faulty or you received the wrong item.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

Special edition items may also be non-returnable unless faulty.
If Your Item Is Faulty or Incorrect:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, either by arranging a replacement, store credit, or a full refund—including the return postage if applicable.
How to Start a Return:

Email our support team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Wait for instructions and approval before sending the item back.

Once approved, return the item to the address provided.

On receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange as per our policy.
