Returns & Refunds Policy – Kit Legacy™

Your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


Our Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to accept a return request.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags intact and attached
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or odour

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval — do not send anything back before receiving confirmation from us.
  3. Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Important Exceptions — Please Read Before Purchasing

❌ Custom Name & Number Shirts — No Returns, No Refunds

Shirts printed with a custom name and/or number are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are made to order and personalised specifically for you, which means they cannot be restocked or resold. Please double-check your name, number, and sizing carefully before placing a custom order. We are unable to make exceptions to this rule.

❌ Sale & Discounted Items — Final Sale

All items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes seasonal promotions, clearance lines, and any item sold below full retail price. Please choose carefully before purchasing a sale item.

❌ Special Edition Items

Special edition releases are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.


Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is simply the wrong item — that's on us, and we'll fix it immediately.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A full refund, including return postage

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
