Every order ships FREE. No minimums. No hidden fees. Worldwide, always.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are picked up on the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Use it to monitor your package in real time until it arrives at your door. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address may be discarded by the carrier and cannot be returned to us. Kit Legacy™ is not liable for orders lost due to inaccurate address details provided at checkout.
International Customs & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local government and are entirely outside our control. They are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you have any concerns.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take full ownership of getting your order to you in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly — whether that means a replacement, a refund, or a solution that works for you.
